Effective April 1, 2018 the Housing Authority became a Smoke-Free environment. This means all tenants, guests and visitors will be prohibited from using all lit tobacco products inside or outside all apartments, buildings and ground areas. Additionally, the use of liquid nicotine (vaping) products is prohibited outside of apartments.
Effective October 1, 2020 the one (1) bedroom and two (2) bedroom waiting lists are closed.
The waiting lists for Monroe's elderly one and elderly two bedroom units remains open.
On the day and time of your appointment you will need to provide us with the following items:
