The Housing Authority is very concerned for the safety and well-being of all our residents, employees and applicants. As the recommendations for operating safely are updated and changed by the Governor, CDC and other authoritative sources, the Housing Authority will review all our current practices and procedures and adjust them accordingly.
During the pandemic the Housing Authority encourages all tenants and applicants to contact us by phone in lieu of coming into the office in person. The Housing Authority also will send out prepaid self-addressed envelopes for use in mailing in monthly rent payments. If you decide to stop by one of our offices please by advised of the following:

HUD has allowed for certain statutory and regulatory waivers for our program. We have attached a list of waivers we have adopted in accordance with Notice PIH 2020-13, Rev-1.
